Refund & Cancellation Policy

In plain words: the free tier costs nothing. If you buy a subscription and it’s not for you, tell us within 3 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund it in full. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

1. Free tier

The free tier requires no payment, so no refunds apply. Free-question limits are shown in the app.

2. 3-day refund on your first purchase

• If you are not satisfied with your first subscription purchase (monthly or annual), you may request a full refund within 3 days of the payment date.
• To request it, email support@doubtboard.in from the email address on your account, mentioning the payment date. No questionnaire, no hoops.
• This window applies once per customer, to the first purchase only. Renewals and subsequent purchases are not refundable except as described in section 4.

3. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges; your paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no partial-period refund is issued.
• Cancel any time from Account & data → Plan → “Cancel subscription”. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. You can also email support@doubtboard.in; we will confirm within 2 business days.

4. Billing errors

Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and failed transactions where money was debited are always refunded in full. Contact us with the transaction reference and we’ll sort it out.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card/UPI via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we detect abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service), except where a refund is required by law.
